How/Where are you designing good quality prints?

I'm struggling in fusion360 designing simple ideas. What are you doing or what did you use to learn the design part of 3D printing? any tips or tricks would be great. I tried the picture to 3D AI thing but that doesn't seem to give quality designs. Thanks XD

Youtube will be your friend, but if you are looking to get started and just tinker.

Try tinkercad, it's a real simple version to get your feet wet and learn.
